i found the staff friendly and helpful with directions. the room was beautifully designed with a peaceful river view. i appreciated the proximity to the train station and nearby restaurants.

the room cleaning had to be booked one day prior to the service.

The room was small and had minimal storage. This proved challenging considering MY trip lasted several days. At breakfast, a coffee latte required an extra charge of 600 yen. I consider THIS petty.

my room was really small, even for japan. there wasn't a fridge, tv, or even a kettle. it felt a bit too basic for the price i paid.
